Robin’s culinary journey started at the age of 20, when she had a dream to travel the world. This led her to find chef work on yachts with high-end clients that supported her dream while discovering her passion for both people and the nourishment that food provides.
In 2015, Robin moved to New York City and enrolled in culinary school. Here she developed the skills she needed to prepare for the restaurant industry.
After graduating at the top of her class, she joined the Untitled Restaurant, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Michael Anthony, as part of Danny Meyer's culinary team. This experience further enhanced her joy of crafting well-balanced dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
She finally decided to transition into the private sector and began catering to both casual and formal households. She currently curates gourmet comfort foods that satiate and connects with her clients.
